Meet the Founders

Mr. Lewis began his Corporate America experience at Nestle Waters during his junior year at college as an entry level employee. After attaining his degree in Finance from The University of Arlington, he was promoted to supervisor where he streamlined the appointment process, and through automation took the Scheduling Department from 7,000 orders to 40,000 orders a month. Afterwards, he was promoted to Working Capital Manager where he oversaw Cash, Cold Equipment, Unauthorized Deductions, Master Data and Invoicing. He streamlined the Cash process for US and Canada by reducing the number of days it takes a payment to be applied from 30 days to same day for EFT and next day for wires and checks. During his time in Corporate America, he learned some valuable life lessons that would later be incorporated into Property Forensix. He is a strong believer in there is always a better way of completing a task. With the lessons learned from Nestle, Mr. Lewis enrolled in a Home Inspection school where he met his business partner Mr. McConnel and together built the company from the ground up based of the seven core values: integrity, education, excellence, fun, accountability, leadership and teamwork.

After being honorably discharged from the US Navy, Mr. McConnel attended Middlesex College in New Jersey where he studied business and computer science. Mr. McConnel began his professional career in Management. Managing the security access control systems and the security personnel of over 40 class A office buildings in three major metropolitan areas including New York City. Using his math and analytical skills began working on Wall Street where he assisted in bringing over 20 companies to market through Initial Public Offerings. In 2001, Mr. McConnel was transferred from New York to Texas. Former financial institutions Mr. McConnel has been associated with are Alliance Capital, Sanford C. Bernstein, Guardian Financial Services (Guardian Life), and AIG. Mr. McConnel is a member of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, additionally, he is a licensed Master Inspector of Structures in the State of Nevada and a licensed Professional Inspector in the State of Texas. Mr. McConnel oversees the day to day operations of Property Forensix in all markets.
